I often hear 3 major reasons people don't workout...
1) I don't have enough time
2) I don't have the money to invest in a personal trainer or equipment
3) I don't have the space to do it in my house
Well, now all those excuses are out the window because these no gym workouts are completely free, and you don't need any room for equipment. Best of all, you can do them on your own time, even if that means doing 15 minutes here and there.
Studies have shown that small amounts of high intensity workouts throughout the day can have some health benefits too (although there is no substitution for getting in a full high intensity workout).
Pictured below is my wife working out to the no gym workouts, as she is watching our newborn son in the bassinet right next to her. And all in our family room which is probably a 4 by 4 foot floor space. Usually it's more spacious but for all you parents out there, you know how much room baby stuff takes up haha.
Oh and best of all if you're at home, you can plug your laptop in with an HDMI cable so you can watch the workouts on a bigger screen. Or for those of you with smart TVs, you can play it right from your TV.
