Pull Yourself Slim I

Mondays, Thursdays
12pm – 12:30pm

Saturdays
11am – 11:30am

In this beginner level class, we combine solo bar exercises with strength and cardio exercises.  This will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Ab & Leg Circuit

Tuesdays, Fridays
8am – 8:30am

Sundays
10am – 10:30am

Tone your abs and legs at the same time with these intensive, fun moves!  Your core will thank you! 

Strength & Cardio Circuit

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
12:45pm – 1:15pm

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, strength training, and stretch breaks.

 

Pure Strength

Tuesdays, Thursdays

9am – 9:30am

Sundays
12pm – 12:30pm

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold.  We’ll teach you how to fatigue your muscles quickly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.

Basic Strength Training

Tuesdays, Thursdays
5pm – 5:30pm

Saturdays
9am – 9:30am

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
