At the beginning of the year, it's customary to make resolutions in an effort to improve ourselves in some way throughout the year. Come the first of January, hope fills the air as we vow that we will change for the better.
However, according to statistics, most people give up just a month after setting their goal. Why wait until the new year to expect great things to happen in your life? Let us instead opt for a new day resolution.
A new day resolution resets our frame of mind at the beginning of each day. It focuses our attention on the day ahead rather than the 365 days that lay ahead.
So break down your year goals into a resolution that you can work on each day. Little by little you'll start seeing massive improvements in yourself.
