This week's exercise, the "Alternating Jump Lunges," will blast your hamstring and quadriceps while helping you to firm up your glutes. The explosive jumping motions combined with the pulling of the towel will increase the calories that you burn.
How to do it:
Start with feet together and arms pressed into your chest.
Then jump and lunge to one side, making sure that you keep the proper form (knee over your ankle).
As you jump to one side, you are also pushing the towel away from your chest.
Go back to the original position (feet together and the towel to your chest).
